Loaf Tins supplied product reference

Loaf Tins & Toast Pans

Choose an individual toast pan or discuss strapped loaf pan sets for batch bread production. Define each tin’s top and base dimensions, depth, number of tins per set and overall assembly size.

When comparing a strap loaf pan supplier, include strap spacing and oven-rack clearances. If you need a loaf pan with lid, send the proposed lid arrangement and loaf profile so the construction can be confirmed before quotation.

Pullman and mini loaf formats are also available for custom production. Compare loaf pan construction and lid requirements before preparing your inquiry.

Muffin & Cupcake Pans

A muffin baking tray or cupcake pan should be specified by cavity diameter, base size, depth, pitch and cavity count. Include paper liner dimensions if you use them.

As a cupcake baking pan manufacturer, we review the cavity layout and overall footprint against your bakery equipment. Finish and release requirements are confirmed for the proposed model. For a mini round muffin pan, provide both the top and base diameters; for a square muffin layout, include corner radius and cavity spacing.

LOAF PAN OPTIONS

Pullman, sandwich and mini loaf pans

A Pullman loaf pan is specified together with its lid when a closed-top loaf profile is required. For a Pullman bread pan or sandwich loaf tin, provide internal top and base dimensions, depth and the loaf shape you want. Confirm the lid fit and handling clearance separately from the pan’s outside footprint.

A mini loaf baking pan needs the individual cavity dimensions and the number of cavities or tins per assembly. For a fluted Pullman loaf pan, include the flute profile and spacing in the drawing. A product name alone does not define those details.

Review our custom pan specification checklist and include the intended dough weight, baking process and quantity when requesting a quotation.

CAKE & PASTRY MOLDS

Match the mold to the finished shape

For a square cake baking pan, specify the internal base size, wall height, corner radius and whether you require an individual pan or a multi-cavity assembly. An egg tart pan needs cavity diameter, depth, edge profile and layout, alongside the chosen material and finish.

Canele baking molds and a Pandoro cake baking pan require a defined decorative profile. Send a section drawing or sample reference showing the ridges, taper and base details, and confirm release requirements for your recipe.

For mousse cake molds or tart rings, state the shape, height, base arrangement and whether the mold will be used for baking or cold assembly. Discuss the material and finish for that intended process. Dimensions and sample requirements are agreed for each design.

Send your cake or pastry mold specification.

PIZZA PAN OPTIONS

Deep dish and perforated pizza pans

A Detroit pizza pan request should identify the rectangular footprint, sidewall height, corner shape and baking process. For another deep dish pizza pan design, include the inside base dimensions and wall angle rather than relying on the style name alone.

A perforated pizza pan has an open base; specify hole size and spacing, dough support needs and whether you use a liner. For solid pizza trays, define the base construction, thickness and release requirements. Confirm the material and coating against your oven and cleaning process before ordering.

See the pan coating guide or request a pizza pan quotation.

Match baking trays to your racks and cleaning process

Working directly with a loaf pan factory helps put the individual tin and the complete assembly in one specification. Use the loaf tin inquiry above to share a drawing, required quantity and the equipment the pan must fit.

Measure the outside pan envelope as well as the usable baking area. The same nominal tray size may have a different rim profile or depth. Include the dimensions of the rack opening and any oven guides that limit clearance.

For replacement orders, describe the current pan and the problem you need to solve. Material, coating and washing conditions should be reviewed together, especially when replacing an existing finish.

Compare bakery trolleys and sheet pan racks for tray handling, and include your pan coating when discussing baking tray washing equipment.
