Prepare your specification ↗SHEET PAN BUYING GUIDE
Yes. As a full sheet pan manufacturer, we supply the listed nominal 18 × 26 inch aluminum format, alongside 18 × 13 inch half-size pans. Both have solid and perforated configurations. Check the actual dimensions in the table against your equipment; nominal format names do not define the exact rim dimensions.
No. Aluminum alloy and aluminized steel are different materials. Select the material explicitly in your inquiry so the specification matches your requirement.
Send your drawing and required quantity for review. Include the rim profile, thickness, material, finish and any tolerances needed for your oven or bakery rack.
Compare the actual outside pan dimensions and rim profile with the rack runners. Nominal pan size alone is not enough to confirm fit. Include pan depth and the height of your baked product.
COATING SELECTION
Compare PTFE, PFA, silicone glaze and silicone rubber by application, reference service life and care requirements.
