EQUIPMENT COLLECTION

Commercial Ice Machines & Ice Makers

Choose a commercial ice machine by the ice you need, the busiest part of your day and the space available. Compare the ice formats below before requesting a commercial ice maker quotation.

Choose by application.

Define the task before selecting a model.

01

Snowflake Ice Machine

Describe the ice texture and application before selecting a snowflake ice machine. If your inquiry uses the term flake ice maker, include an ice sample photo or a clear description; product names alone do not establish that two ice formats are equivalent.

02

Cube Ice Machine

For a cube ice machine, specify cube dimensions, daily ice requirements and storage capacity. Also include the installation space, water supply, drainage and the electrical supply at the destination.

03

Bullet Ice Maker

For bullet-shaped ice, request a bullet ice maker and describe the intended use. Confirm the proposed ice dimensions, daily production rating, storage bin and machine dimensions before comparing quotations.

04

Snow Ice Machine

For dessert snow ice, state whether you will use water, milk or another mixture and describe the desired texture. A snow ice machine must be reviewed for the intended ingredients and cleaning process; it is not interchangeable with every snowflake model.

Compare production, storage and installation

Daily output and storage capacity describe different requirements. Tell us your peak demand as well as the total amount of ice needed, and request the ambient and water conditions used for the proposed machine’s output rating.

For an under-counter installation, provide the available width, depth and height, including ventilation and service access. Ask whether the proposed air-cooled or water-cooled configuration suits those conditions; a compact enclosure does not by itself confirm an installation fit.

Include destination country, voltage, frequency, water supply and drainage details. Model-specific documentation, delivery, warranty arrangements and spare parts should be agreed in the quotation. You can combine this inquiry with commercial bakeware or bakery trolleys.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you choose.

Should I choose by daily ice production alone?

Also consider storage, peak demand and installation conditions. Ask for the conditions used to rate the proposed machine’s output.

Are snowflake ice and dessert snow ice interchangeable?

Do not select by name alone. Confirm the raw material, finished texture and intended application with the supplier before choosing a machine.
