The 400 × 600 mm and 18 × 26 inch formats list two overall dimensions; confirm the overall height for your order. Ask about the 20-cavity and 400 × 600 mm configurations when preparing your inquiry.
CUSTOM HAMBURGER BUN PANS
Start with your bun and your equipment.
Send your required cavity size, arrangement and overall pan dimensions. Include a drawing or sample reference to show the rim profile and cavity geometry.
Provide your sheet thickness, coating requirements, order quantity and destination. Check pan dimensions against your oven guides and bakery rack before confirming the final specification.

Which material is used for these pans?
The listed models use aluminized steel. The coating is specified separately as Teflon or PFA for each configuration.
Can pans with the same overall size have different cavities?
Yes. The 600 × 800 × 35 mm range includes 12- and 24-cavity configurations. The 738 × 503 × 42 mm range includes 15- and 24-cavity configurations. Compare cavity dimensions as well as pan size.
