FULL-SIZE SHEET PAN HANDLING
A 20 pan rack for bakery workflows
Keep full-size pans together during preparation, cooling and staging. This 20 pan rack uses paired runners to hold one 18 × 26 inch sheet pan at each position. The open frame gives access to the pans and a clear view of the contents.
The Z frame rack layout allows empty units to nest together for storage. Confirm the space required for your planned number of racks and the clearance along your handling route. Nesting dimensions depend on the final frame and caster configuration.
